Welcome to the National Building Information Model Standard (NBIMS) User Forum – A discussion board for the NBIMS community!
This Forum is an open discussion board bringing together NBIMS members and visitors to share information, express ideas, provide support and discuss issues related to the National BIM Standard. The NBIMS Forum encourages users to participate by posting questions or providing input or answers from other users. Forum participants are invited to share and provide solutions to questions posted on the NBIMS Forum in a constructive, informative and supportive manner. The NBIMS Forum administrator reserves the right to remove any posting, thread or topic deemed offensive or inappropriate. To report a problem, contact the NBIMS Forum administrator.
NBIMS Forums are monitored by Moderators with interests in a particular NBIMS area. Moderators monitor and encourage discussions within their communities, keep the discussions on topic, re-direct posts to other threads when appropriate, keep discussions polite and professional, and give advice or direction when possible or their schedules will allow. NBIMS Forum Moderators are volunteers committed to provide support whenever they can. Therefore the NBIMS Forum community is encouraged to actively provide feedback and responses to any post on the Forums. To request a new forum, contact the NBIMS Forum administrator.
All users may create new topics and discussion threads within any Forum. Before posting to the NBIMS Forum make an effort to search our Forums to make sure that an answer to your questions has not already been posted. Please submit a single question per post. Asking multiple questions within a single post will reduce your responses. Remember to post in the correct Forum.
The NBIMS discussion Forums are open to all; however, only visitors who register will be able to use the Forums' email function to receive notification of new postings to threads or topics of interest. To register go to the 'Register' button on your tool bar. Once you accept the 'terms of use' you will be prompted to set up your user ID and password.

This forum is for discussion of these Reference Standards, how they are used by NBIMS and how NBIMS' results are coordinated with the managing organizations of other standards. |
